Scriptwriting Part 2

Due to some issues regarding availability and some of my actor's comfort levels in front of the camera, I've decided to scrap my original script. Though I am hesitant to do so because I have grown attached to my first script, the plotline will be stilted and maybe a bit awkward if I were to combine characters. I have already started writing a reworked version, changing a few aspects of the plot to minimize the cast to 3 other people, and hope to finish within the next 4 days in order to complete my pre-production checklist with enough time and comfort that production goes more smoothly.

As it stands, I have about two and a half minutes of script written so far, though in my revisions I think I can cut this time down and include more plot in my film. Luckily, 2 of my originally casted crew are still willing to work with the new script so I will be looking to them to cater the script as well as I can. I was not expecting to not be able to use as many people as I had originally casted, but I understand the discomfort of being in front of the camera. I will be working dutifully to try to and complete the script within the time I'm hoping to.
